Accommodation Assistance
We provide assistance to match you with
afordable and safeaccommodation that meets your needs. We can also help you apply for rental tenancy or to undertake tenancy
obligations.
Transport
Do you need transport to medical
appointments or to go shopping?
Perceus provides safe and reliable transport to get you to any community,
social, work or daily life activities.
Personal Care
Our team members give a helping hand with everyday tasks such as grooming, personal hygiene and showering. Nutritional/ dietary needs can also be assessed with the help of menu planning, shopping, food hygiene and preparation.
Wellbeing and Healthcare
A Perceus support coordinator will take an initial holistic health assessment. This may include a visit to the Doctor or a pathology
appointment. We provide access to personal services
including help with social outings,
shopping, banking and managing bills.
Property and Vehicle Care
We understand each person’s needs and
daily routines are di erent. Therefore we
tailor our care and assistance services to meet your needs.
Gardening and Handyman Jobs
A Perceus team member can help you with
all household gardening/handyman jobs including gardening, lawn mowing and
weeding.
Education and Training
At Perceus we encourage further
education and training as a gateway to advance your employment opportunities.
Support Coordination
A Perceus team member will work closely
to identify needs, personalise supports and make sure you are matched with the
right services.
We support you to grow the skills to help you live more independently within your community.
Help Around the House
A Perceus team member can help you with
household tasks and any jobs that are
challenging. Team members are cleaning professionals and are available to assist you to clean your home on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Accommodation Assistance
Giving people with disabilities the
opportunity to have a holiday. Our supported holiday packages include a
great range of activities to suit your interests and abilities.
Help Finding a Job You Like
A Perceus team member can provide support for NDIS participants to find a job they like and keep it.
Pet Care
Assistance with dog walking, dog grooming and companionship.
